Terms & Conditions

1. About us
LittleKits.co.uk ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name selling personalised baby clothing in the United Kingdom. Contact: orders@littlekits.co.uk.
2. These terms
By placing an order through our site you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the date you order.
3. Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse an order (for example, where personalisation contains prohibited content or stock is unavailable) and will refund any payment in full.
4. Personalisation
You are responsible for the spelling, numbers and choices you submit. Because items are made to order with your personal details, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to personalised goods, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
5. Price & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payments provider. We do not store full card details.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within the timescales shown on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at orders@littlekits.co.uk with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, designs and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors. Our products are football-inspired and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football club or governing body.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
