Returns & Refunds

Personalised items
Because each babygrow is printed to order with your chosen name, number or initials, we cannot accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude personalised goods from the standard 14-day right to cancel.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll put it right. Email orders@littlekits.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund (your choice). You don't need to return the original unless we ask.
Non-personalised items
For any non-personalised items (e.g. plain accessories), you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return them, and a further 14 days to send them back unused with tags. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us approving them.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
